Feeling Blue | I'm a GIF!

I've never done an animation before, so I wanted to try it with some simple blinking.  Not perfect, since I did literally no research or studying on how to do things, and it could have stood to have another frame or two for the loop to be more seamless.  But hey.  I do what I want.
